Storm Damage – Oakville House

Stormwater came through the windows at the front of this home in Oakville, to about eight inches deep. Fortunately, the water receded quickly, and SERVPRO of Oakville/Mehlville was on the scene almost immediately to extract the remaining muddy water. SERVPRO was able to dry out and save much of the materials. As part of the restoration, the homeowner took the opportunity to remodel the home. In the before photo on the left, you can see that the water and mud have been extracted, and the floor and walls are clean and ready for the remodel. The insurance company was very pleased with SERVPRO's mitigation work, and the homeowner loved the remodeling job.
