Commercial Storm Damage – Mehlville
Commercial storm damage to this Mehlville office/warehouse space was the result of the high winds associated with the storm.You can see in the before photo on the left that the ceiling was breached which allowed a large volume of water to enter the interior of the building. So this job involved water damage restoration and reconstruction. We needed to pack out and relocate the contents of the warehouse to our facility where we dried and restored what we could. The roof was then fixed. Drying was facilitated with commercial air movers and dehumidifiers. The final phase involved reconstructing the most heavily damaged areas within the building.
