Commercial Mold Damage – Oakville Professional Off

Commercial mold damage was the result of a plumbing leak from a bathroom on the floor above. The leak had been dampening the back side of the ceiling and walls for some time, and the mold growth had reached a critical stage. It was only discovered after SERVPRO of Oakville/Mehlville was called out when a water damage event produced a leak in the ceiling. We had quite a bit of building material damaged too severely to save so we had to tear most of it out. The property owners decided to update the entire office space along with mitigating the mold problem. The after photo shows the remodeled space ready for finishing.
