Fire Damage – Affton Dining Room

Fire Damage gutted this Affton dining room. This room was the most affected by the fire, but there was plenty of soot and smoke damage scattered throughout the rest of the house. Water damage from the firefighting effort was in every room as the fire had heated up to pretty high temperatures. We had a significant water damage removal project to undertake and a serious amount of debris to contend with before we could begin any restoration work. The homeowners used the time while we were cleaning up the water and debris to plan an entire style upgrade to their dining area. They turned tragedy into triumph as you can see in the photos.
